Tobruk Memorial Pool

The Tobruk Pool is located centrally in Cairns and boasts 3 pools that enjoy heavy use from the locals.

50m swimming pool
25m heated pool (heated in winter only)
18m children's wading pool

The 50m pool has a shade cloth over half of it and is used for lap swimming most days. There is room in the smaller heated pool for free swimming, and the wading pool is usually free (and shaded)

There are a couple of BBQ's and shaded picnic areas available for use, and lots of room for running around on the grass. An excellent place to spend a morning of low cost swimming and fun - also a great place for a party!
